On-site Registration
On-site registration is subject to space being available.  It is best to register online (see above).  However, if you choose to register on-site please note that the registration cost will be increased to $145 and will be payable only by cash or check - no credit card payments allowed.  And remember that space is limited; you may not be able to register on-site the day of the conference.  Save time and money and register online now.

The Gaia Conference Schedule is now available listing Plenary Session Speakers, presentations and speakers for the various breakout rooms, and other details useful in planning your days at the conference.  We will continue to update this document as the schedule is completed.

The conference is being held in the "original building" (a large, red-brick building) of the George Mason University Law School. The campus is very close to the Virginia Square stop on the Orange Line of the Washington Metro system. Parking is in the Foundation Building, accessible off Washington Boulevard (see map).

Student Scholarship Program

The Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority has established a scholarship for high school and college students. The intent is to make the conference affordable for interested students; the scholarship covers $100 of the total cost of $130 for the conference.  Click here to download more information and an application form in PDF format.  You can also download the Application Form in Word format by clicking here.

 

Hotel Information

Arlington Hilton and Towers

The hotel is located in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington featuring diverse restaurants and activities. The Hilton is about 3 blocks from George Mason University's campus and is easily accessible from National Airport via Metro Rail. The Ballston Metro Station, on the Orange Line, is adjacent to the hotel. Conference attendees should call the hotel directly at 703.528.6000 and inform the reservation staff that they are with the GAIA THEORY CONFERENCE in order to get the discounted rate of $109.00 per night.
